Dear fellow Dolf de Roos alumni,

Do you recall Dolf talking about obtaining the mineral rightsof a piece of oil/mineral-rich land for a passive income stream? One way is to buy the land, sell it off to an oil exploration operator andretain the mineral rights for aportion of the proceeds whenever they strike and extract oil.

Wish there was an easier way to do this from Singapore?

Now you can. Oilpods, a pioneering Singapore company, has tied up with US-based Powder River Basin Gas Corp.,whose business is acquiring proven reserves toextract and sell crude oil and gas.

Such an investment would enable you to tap into a mineral rights title, or working interest to produce residual income over the lifespan of the oil field.
