I was trying to log into the website just now but my iBook prompted the following message: “The website’s certificate was signed by an unknown certifying authority. You might be connecting to a website pretending be dolfderoosalumni.wordpress.com ” which could put your confidential information at risk. Would you like to continue anyway?”
Thus, I didn’t go in and of course could not post anything.

I am interested, what is the asking price and what is the potential rental income per month? Also to share with the group of investors here, you are allowed to apply for interest only loan. Not sure if other banks do have this facilities but OCBC definitely can grant interest only loan for 3 years.
